Competition Rules

Step 1: Enter

• $20 donation, per hunter, required to enter (no refunds)

  1. Venmo - @bbondizzle (include hunter name, and KOS in memo. If youth, mention.

  2. Cash - give to Judge

• One entry per hunter (adult and youth)

  • Youth is 15 years old and younger

• Only one turkey can be submitted per hunter

• No culling - pick wisely

Step 2: Harvesting

1. Turkey must be killed in South Carolina

2. Kill must meet South Carolina rules and regulations

3. Kill must be reported to DNR via tagging process

4. All tags and turkey body parts must remain intact for scoring.

Step 3: Measure, Document, Submit

Measure

1. Kill a multiple bearded turkey? Only measure the longest beard.

2. Score your kill using NWTF scoring system.

Document

1. Take pictures and video at each step. Bad pictures = no entry.

2. The tag must be clearly visible on the turkey’s leg and be dated appropriately.

Submit To Judge

1. Contact your closest Judge (below) to submit kill

2. Provide all pictures and video evidence

3. Judge retains the right to disqualify if rules are not met

4. Kill must be reported within same day as harvest
